Fixed Layout Epubs
I've started adding some fixed-layout epubs, which are basically facsimile reprints you can read on an epub reader. I suggest using the Kotobee reader, which is free, and it probably works best on a desktop. Because they are image-intensive (each page is an image), they are much larger in file size (usually in the 30-100MB range). I'll continue to create regular epub ebooks for text-heavy titles, but there are a number of well-illustrated books that require facsimile layouts, so the fixed-layout epub is best for them.
