Cooking Chats with Luigi Trianni

This 1948 booklet is a collection of Italian-style (?) recipes. Milan V. Petrovic was a Serbian-born artist who resided first in Cincinnati, then moving to New York. Exactly where and how he met Luigi Trianni, or why this booklet was put together, is unknown. Perhaps from a New York restaurant? Recipes include Chicken Balkan Style, Roast Goose with Sauerkraut, Lemon Sole, Fish Soup, Lamb Stew, Calves Brain, Osso Buco, Veal Chops, Hungarian Stew, Minestrone, and Ox-tail Ragout. (Oddly, while 'Chats' is in the title, there is no discussion, just brief recipes.)
