Reynolds: Alias for Death

Miss Abigail Potter is traveling by train when conversation with a fellow passenger, a young soldier, turns to murder. He offers a plan for the perfect murder, not realizing that Abigail is a mystery writer herself and keenly interested in the subject. Her nascent suspicions emerge when she reads about a suspicious death in the soldier's home town a few years later, and she decides to investigate, for better or worse.
