Card Sharper's Tricks Exposed

George W. (Kid) Canfield was a 'reformed' gambler who demonstrated to the public the many tricks used to cheat the unwary. This early pamphlet gives a taste of some of the cons that are run on the public, but primarily reprints three chapters from 'Modern Magic' by Angelo John Lewis (also known as Professor Hoffman) on close-up magic with card tricks.
