The Dwarfs of Mount Atlas

Robert Haliburton, an aging lawyer in the 1890s, was enthusiastic over stories about a dwarf tribe in the inaccessible reaches of the Atlas Mountains that he had heard in his travels in Morocco. This is a look at a short-lived anthropological controversy, collecting original articles and notes on the subject (including the letters of his critics).
